A Boston-based designer and educator with more than 20 years of experience working with and within publications, branding, and academia. He is the Managing Designer for Northeastern University's Office of Marketing and Communications, where he leads and supervises design projects, as well as conceptualizes and develops compelling visual elements for print, multimedia, and environmental communications.
Over the course of his career, his clients have included Beacon Press, Boston Review, Boston College, Cambridge University Press, Cengage Learning, DaCapo Press, The Dorchester House, Harvard Education Publishing Group, The Museum of Printing, Ploughshares, Wellesley College, and W.W. Norton, among others. He has taught at the Lesley University College of Art and Design, Emerson College, Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and Simmons College.
George is the current president of the Society of Printers, and remains active within the Boston design community.
